Availability & platforms
CoachPlate is in private iOS beta, onboarding coaches a few at a time in the United States. Request early access to get on the list. Android is planned; iOS ships first. Clients join by invitation from their coach, at no cost to them.
What do clients pay?
Nothing, while they're working with their coach — the coach's subscription covers the whole roster, so clients never see a charge. If a client later leaves their coach's roster, they can choose to keep logging on their own with CoachPlate Solo, a $9.99/month subscription billed through the App Store. It's entirely optional, managed in their App Store settings, and never billed to the coach.
Billing
Coach subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe from the coach dashboard — upgrades are immediate with automatic proration, downgrades take effect at the end of the billing period, and Stripe emails a real invoice every cycle. Common questions are answered on the pricing page; for anything else (refunds, failed payments, plan changes), email us.
Your data & account deletion
You can delete your account at any time inside the app (Profile → Danger zone). Deletion removes your logged data, photos, and sign-in account. If you'd rather we handle it, email us from the account you want removed and we'll confirm when it's done. Details are in the privacy policy.
About AI nutrition estimates
Meal photos are analyzed by AI and checked against the USDA food database, then reviewed by your coach. Estimates are coaching guidance — they are not medical advice, and they can be wrong. Coaches can correct any entry, and clients see a consent notice before their first AI analysis.
