Pick the plan that matches your active roster. Every plan has every feature: meal AI, the review queue, training and weigh-in tracking, voice setup, reminders, and voice notes. The per-client price falls as the roster grows, and clients pay nothing while they're on your roster.
The 30-client plan is the volume tier on purpose: full-time rosters get the lowest per-client price we offer. "Active" means a client currently logging against a plan. Deactivated and past clients don't count against your limit.
Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe from your coach dashboard, with real invoices that carry your business name. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime with automatic proration. During the private beta you start on the free tier, and we set up paid plans with you as your roster grows.

Paid conversions count
You earn 10% off when a referred trainer starts a paid plan. Signups alone don't move the ladder, so the discount stays real.
Active means active
The discount tracks trainers who are currently subscribed. If one stops paying, your discount steps down 10% until you refer your next.
Automatic on your invoice
The discount rides your Stripe invoice on any plan. There is nothing to redeem and nothing to remember. The math just shows up.
Eight active referrals is an 80% discount. If one of those trainers cancels, you're at 70% until you refer your next. The ladder moves both directions, which is exactly why it can afford to reach $0.

Can I start today?
CoachPlate is in private iOS beta. Request early access and we'll onboard you personally. The free tier of up to 2 active clients is yours from day one, and we set up paid tiers with you when your roster needs them.
Do my clients pay anything?
Not while they're working with you. Your plan covers your whole roster: clients download the app, pick you as their trainer, and log at no cost to them. If a client ever leaves your roster, they can choose to keep the app going on their own with CoachPlate Solo ($9.99/month, billed through the App Store). That's entirely their call, and never a cost to you.
Is the free tier really free forever?
Yes. 2 active clients, every feature, no card, no time limit. It only asks for an upgrade when you activate client number three.
How do upgrades work?
From your coach dashboard: pick a plan and check out with Stripe. Upgrades take effect immediately with automatic proration, so you can activate the new client right away.
What happens if I downgrade?
Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period, and nothing is ever deleted. If your active roster is above the new limit, everyone keeps working. You just can't activate additional clients until you're under it.
What if my card fails?
Stripe retries automatically for about two weeks and emails you. Your account keeps working the whole time. We only pause new client activations if payment never comes through, and everything resumes instantly when it does.
How do referrals work?
Every coach has a referral code and link in the app. When a trainer you refer starts a paid plan, you get 10% off your own bill for as long as they stay subscribed. Ten active referrals makes CoachPlate free, and if one lapses, your discount steps down 10% until you replace them.
Can I really use CoachPlate free?
Yes. Hold 10 active referrals and your invoice is $0 on any plan, even the 30-client tier. Your card stays on file, so if your count ever drops to nine, billing simply resumes at 90% off. And if your roster is 2 clients or fewer, the free tier means you pay nothing regardless.
Do you offer invoices?
Yes. Real Stripe invoices and receipts with your business name on them, emailed automatically every cycle.
